Client agreements may contain different dispute-resolution, governing-law, or venue provisions, and those provisions will govern disputes arising from the applicable client engagement.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure by Symplifi to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Symplifi concerning general use of this Website.

They do not replace or modify a separate written agreement governing services provided by Symplifi to a client.
